Meet Victoria Smith

Victoria has 38 years of experience as an attorney working in the areas of real estate, contracts,
real estate loans and business.
Victoria has represented clients in a large variety of matters, some of which include the
following:
 Preparing contracts for the sale of property
 Residential, office space, retail and industrial leasing
 Assisting landlords in resolving disputes with tenants
 Representing buyers and sellers in real estate purchases including REO Post-Foreclosure
transactions, lease-option, transfers of title between family members, and sales as part of

partition of properties which are jointly owned

 Helping owners clear and quiet title and resolve title disputes to real property
